At Modecas, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may be eligible to return your order under the conditions outlined below.


Return Conditions

Return period
You may submit a return request within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

Condition of items
Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery may be refused.

We accept returns for both faulty items and non-faulty items.


Return Shipping & Costs

Defective or incorrect orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, Modecas will cover the return shipping costs and ensure the issue is resolved appropriately.

Returns for personal reasons
If you wish to return an item for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipment
  • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable


How to Start a Return

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

    Email info@modecas.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return.
  2. Receive return approval
    Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if approved.
  3. Pack your item carefully
    Please return the product securely, using the original packaging and including all components.
  4. Send your return
    Customers are responsible for arranging the shipment unless otherwise stated.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be informed of the decision via email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
